NewCo approach

Our ambition is  to distinguish NewCo by offering a total transparency to our customer. 

This can mean from total involvement in (key-position) recruitment to side to side working with your agents in our contact center. 

For day-to-day operations we offer an open access to our system’s  supervision and statistics tool that allows our clients to follow-up in real-time what is happening on the work-floor. Your local, dedicated project manager(s) and supervisors are constantly in direct relation with you.

All NewCo sites have the same organizational structure, and use the same operational and quality criteria in order to manage the operations and to measure the quality and success of the activities.

Our local mid-management is trained according to European standards. All our sites  are managed by an European Site Director who all have a long track-record in BPO, certifying the application of the European organizational and quality standards.

Ad-hoc mini-audits are regularly held in order to ensure that all our standards are withheld and our policies applied throughout the different sites.
