As General Manager for Customer Experience in Europe, Siegfried Schallenmüller is responsible for the strategic development of the European business of Dimension Data around digital customer experience solutions. He has been working with major integrators for more than 20 years in the industry driving e-commerce and digital customer interaction solutions. Recently the integration of IoT and messaging as part of integrated automated journeys have become a focus area as well as Artificial Intelligence fueling Hyper-Personalization to drive a new class of consumer experiences. Siegfried is also co-author of Dimension Data’s 2017 Benchmark report – a global study on trends in CX.
