Tasks
In this role, you’ll complete a comprehensive training programme designed to prepare you for success while supporting customers of one of Europe’s leading security companies.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring every customer receives the support they need.
The responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Answer incoming calls from customers, provide friendly and professional support, and resolve questions or issues efficiently.
Administration:
Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling maintenance appointments, assisting with billing and direct debit enquiries, and ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded.
Customer Care & Solutions:
Listen carefully to customer needs, provide personalised solutions, and identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services through consultative up-selling and cross-selling.
Teamwork:
Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure customers receive the best possible experience while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Your profile:
- Native-level Dutch (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.
- Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications.
- Able to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to deliver excellent customer experiences while identifying additional customer needs where appropriate.
What we offer:
- 39-hour contract: €1,600 gross per month + €200 gross monthly bonus
- 32-hour contract: €1,312 gross per month + €160 gross monthly bonus
- You accrue 1.9 paid holidays per month on a 39-hour contract or 1.5 paid holidays per month on a 32-hour contract
- You will be scheduled for 40 hours per week, giving you 6 additional paid holiday days per year

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00
- Saturday: 08:00–17:00
