Then this is your chance. Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
  • Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
  • Troubleshooting reported issues
  • Maintaining a good customer relationship

Requirements

  • Solution-oriented approach without losing eye for detail
  • Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work

What you need:

  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • Native level Finnish or Danish (written and spoken)
  • Tech-savvy: ability to work with different IT systems and programs
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
