As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Being in direct contact with existing and new clients via (video) calls, mail and chat
  • Handling questions related to sim cards, activate sim cards and provide additional product information and information on processes


What we are looking for:

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Medium level of English
  • Client-oriented approach
  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Flexibility


 What you need:  

  • Native level of either Romanian or Polish
  • Medium level of English
  • Experience in a customer service environment is a strong asset
