With more than 1.000 colleagues working across our locations in Barcelona, Valencia, Casablanca, and Tangier, every opinion, idea, and experience plays a vital role in shaping who we are and where we are headed.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why we&#8217;re excited to announce the return of <strong>Your Voice<\/strong>, our annual employee engagement survey.<\/p>\n<h2>A Platform for Every Voice<\/h2>\n<p>Your Voice is more than a survey. It is an opportunity for employees across all teams and locations to share honest feedback, celebrate successes, and contribute ideas that help us continue building an even stronger workplac e.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the coming weeks, colleagues will be invited to participate and share their perspectives on topics ranging from workplace culture and collaboration to professional development and future improvements.<\/p>\n<p>By creating a space where everyone can speak openly, we gain valuable insights that help us understand what we&#8217;re doing well and where we can do better.<\/p>\n<h2>Driving Change Through Feedback<\/h2>\n<p>At NewCo Communications, listening is an essential part of our culture.
