Tasks<\/h3>\n

In this role, you’ll complete a comprehensive training programme designed to prepare you for success while supporting one of our clients in the payment industry.<\/p>\n

This is a varied position combining 50% Sales Support<\/strong> and 50% Outbound Sales<\/strong>, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with business customers while supporting them throughout the sales journey.<\/p>\n

The responsibilities:<\/h3>\n

Sales & Customer Engagement:<\/strong>
\nConnect with business customers and decision-makers through high-quality outbound calls. Build trust, understand customer needs, confidently handle objections, and recommend the most suitable payment solutions while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.<\/p>\n

Sales Support & Administration:<\/strong>
\nSupport customers by following up on contracts, completing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.<\/p>\n

Partner Sales:<\/strong>
\nEngage with customers of Worldline’s strategic partners, promoting products and services as part of existing partnership agreements while delivering a seamless customer experience.<\/p>\n

Teamwork & Performance:<\/strong>
\nWork collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve both individual and team targets, contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Your profile:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Native-level Danish (spoken and written) and a good command of English.<\/li>\n
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n
  • Confident speaking with decision-makers and handling objections professionally.<\/li>\n
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales and administrative tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms and various software applications.<\/li>\n
  • Motivated by achieving targets while always putting quality and customer experience first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What we offer:<\/h3>\n

    • Base salary:<\/strong> \u20ac1,600 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract)<\/li>\n
    • Monthly quality bonus:<\/strong> \u20ac200 gross per month (based on planning adherence & quality)<\/li>\n
    • Pilot phase sales bonus:<\/strong> \u20ac200 gross per month (based on sales targets)<\/li>\n
    • Uncapped commission<\/strong> following the successful completion of the pilot phase<\/li>\n
    • Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period<\/li>\n
    • Full-time position (39 hours per week)<\/li>\n
    • Monday to Friday working schedule between 08:00\u201318:00<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Hybrid working model: After 3 months of office-based onboarding, work up to 3 days per week from home (subject to performance requirements)<\/li>\n
    • You accrue 1.9 paid holidays per month<\/strong><\/li>\n
