At NewCo Communications, we are looking for native French-speaking Sales Support Advisors who have an interest in the online Payments Industry.  

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be handling first line inbound administrative support requests by phone & e-mail (B2B). You will assist new customers (merchants) with their account activation, transaction status queries and financial requests. During the calls you will provide additional product information and ensuring continuity of the merchant business by responding quickly a correctly. This to maintain a strong customer relationship.

Tasks

Helping customers with various challenges by telephone or e-mail.
Giving advice and offering solutions.
Maintaining a good customer relationship and ensuring that all issues are resolved and documented.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication/social skills and a positive attitude 
  • Strong listening skills
  • Positive attitude towards changes
  • Team player

What you need:

  • Good level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent level of French (written and spoken)
  • Preferably you already have experience in a customer service role
