For a client in the banking sector, we are looking for German-speaking Technical Customer Service Advisors. You will end up in the technical department of our client and, after intensive training, will provide technical support via telephone and e-mail. You assist B2B customers (merchants) with problems they encounter with their e-commerce transactions via the online platform and investigate and resolve issues with their accounts and payments. In the meanwhile remaining responsible for maintaining a good customer relationship through timely and efficient follow-up.

What are you going to do?

Helping customers with various challenges by telephone or e-mail (B2C).
Giving advice and offering solutions
Maintaining a good customer relationship
Ensuring that all issues are resolved and documented

What you need:

Native level of German
Good level of English
Flexibility in working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
Basic computer skills are required
Call center experience is a plus, but not required
