Tasks
In this role, you’ll complete a comprehensive training programme designed to prepare you for success while supporting one of our clients in the payment industry.
This is a varied position combining 50% Sales Support and 50% Outbound Sales, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with business customers while supporting them throughout the sales journey.
The responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Connect with business customers and decision-makers through high-quality outbound calls. Build trust, understand customer needs, confidently handle objections, and recommend the most suitable payment solutions while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Support & Administration:
Support customers by following up on contracts, completing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Partner Sales:
Engage with customers of Worldline’s strategic partners, promoting products and services as part of existing partnership agreements while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Teamwork & Performance:
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve both individual and team targets, contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Your profile:
- Native-level Danish (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident speaking with decision-makers and handling objections professionally.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales and administrative tasks.
- Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms and various software applications.
- Motivated by achieving targets while always putting quality and customer experience first.
What we offer:
- Base salary: €1,600 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract)
- Monthly quality bonus: €200 gross per month (based on planning adherence & quality)
- Pilot phase sales bonus: €200 gross per month (based on sales targets)
- Uncapped commission following the successful completion of the pilot phase
- Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period
- Full-time position (39 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday working schedule between 08:00–18:00
- Hybrid working model: After 3 months of office-based onboarding, work up to 3 days per week from home (subject to performance requirements)

Please note: This project follows the Danish banking calendar. On Danish bank holidays (rather than Spanish bank holidays), the project will be closed and these days will need to be taken as mandatory annual leave.
