Sales & Customer Support:
Follow up on warm leads, explain pricing, availability and current promotions, answer customer questions, and support customers through the booking and digital contract process.
Administration:
Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system and ensure all interactions are recorded correctly.
Teamwork:
Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure customers enjoy a smooth move-in experience while sharing ideas, feedback and best practices with your colleagues.
Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
- A consultative approach with the ability to build trust and create positive customer experiences.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms and various software applications.
- Motivated to achieve results while always putting the customer first.

- After training: Attractive sales commission model based on conversion and quality performance
- Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period
- Hybrid working model: After 3 months of office-based onboarding, work up to 3 days per week from home (subject to performance requirements)

- A diverse, supportive and collaborative team environment
- Unlimited coffee and fresh fruit on office days
- Tax-free benefits (Restaurant / Transport / Day Care)
- Access to a mental health and well-being support app
