Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sales, building relationships and achieving results?

We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Telesales Agent to join our team in Barcelona, working within the digital payments industry.

This is not about making as many calls as possible. We are looking for someone who can have genuine, quality conversations, understand what a customer or partner really needs and confidently guide them towards the right solution.

If you enjoy speaking with people, have a commercial mindset and are motivated by targets and the opportunity to earn commission, this could be the role for you!

You will receive comprehensive paid training covering the products, sales processes and tools you will need to succeed, as well as ongoing coaching and support from experienced colleagues and Team Leaders.

The responsibilities:

  • Sales conversations: Connect with partner businesses and existing customers, speaking with key decision-makers and identifying their needs.
  • Consultative selling: Build trust through meaningful conversations and recommend the products or services that best suit each customer.
  • Upselling & cross-selling: Identify additional opportunities to increase customer value while ensuring the solution genuinely meets their needs.
  • Partner sales: Engage with customers from strategic partners and represent the business professionally throughout the sales journey.
  • Handling objections: Confidently answer questions, overcome objections and guide potential customers through the sales process.
  • Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • CRM management: Accurately record customer interactions, opportunities and sales activity within the relevant systems.
  • Teamwork & feedback: Share insights from customer conversations to help continuously improve our sales approach and customer experience.

Where do the leads come from?

You won’t be starting from scratch. Leads are generated through:

  • Existing client and customer base analysis.
  • Strategic partner campaigns.
  • Marketing activities including email campaigns, webinars and landing pages.

Your profile:

  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, with a good command of English.
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service or another customer-facing role is highly valued.
  • A confident communicator who genuinely enjoys speaking with people.
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Able to listen, identify customer needs and turn conversations into opportunities.
  • Confident handling objections and finding solutions.
  • Motivated by achieving results and the opportunity to earn commission.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other computer applications.
  • Positive, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours & hybrid model:

  • Full-time: 39 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, with shifts between 08:00 and 18:00.
  • 2 weeks of comprehensive paid training.
  • The first 3 months are office-based as part of your onboarding and development.
  • After 3 months, you can work up to 3 days per week remotely, subject to meeting performance requirements.

What we offer:

  • Base salary: €1,600 gross per month.
  • Monthly bonus: €200 gross based on planning adherence and quality.
  • Pilot sales bonus: An additional €200 gross per month based on sales targets during the pilot phase.
  • Uncapped commission following the pilot phase — the better your results, the greater your earning potential.
  • Permanent full-time contract after a 1-month probation period.
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development within NewCo.
  • A diverse, friendly and collaborative team culture.
  • Tax-free benefits for restaurant, transport and childcare.
  • Access to a mental health and well-being support app.
  • Free online Spanish lessons outside working hours.

A little extra to know

As this position supports the Swedish market, the project will be closed on Swedish bank holidays rather than Spanish bank holidays. These days will therefore need to be taken as mandatory holiday days.
