Showing Support and Visibility

Throughout June, our offices are decorated with Pride flags and employees are invited to collect Pride pins to wear on their lanyards, desks, or wherever they choose. These visible symbols of support help reinforce an important message: everyone is welcome here and free to be themselves.

Learning and Raising Awareness

Pride Month is also an opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow. Through NewCo University, our internal learning platform, employees have access to educational resources and e-learning modules focused on:

  • The history and origins of Pride Month
  • Understanding LGBTQ+ experiences and perspectives
  • Building inclusive workplaces
  • Supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues and communities
  • Promoting allyship throughout the year

These learning opportunities help foster greater awareness and encourage meaningful conversations across our teams.
