Welcoming HR Students from Howest to Our Barcelona Office

At the beginning of October, NewCo Communications had the pleasure of welcoming a group of HR students from Howest Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen to our Barcelona office as part of their international study trip. Their visit focused on exploring global HR trends and gaining real-world insights into people and culture practices across borders.

During their time with us, Robin Priem offered an in-depth introduction to our HR programs, processes, and day-to-day operations. The session provided the students with a closer look at our approach to talent development, people management, and supporting multicultural teams within a nearshore/offshore environment.

The visit was filled with engaging discussions, questions, and valuable exchanges—an inspiring moment of learning for both the students and our team.
