Do you have strong communication skills (native Dutch / Flemish), and would you like to work in an international environment, assisting Dutch-speaking customers? This is your chance, because we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen our Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)
  • Giving advice and providing solutions
  • Maintaining a good customer relationship
  • Making sure that all issues are solved and documented

What you need:

  • Native level of Dutch or Flemish
  • Good level of English
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Call center experience is a plus, but not a must

NewCo Communications expands services for Transatel on their connected car offers in 5 additional countries

Further to the business Transatel awarded NewCo in July of 2018, we are excited to announce today, the expansion of our support with regards to the activation of Transatel’s Ubigi® SIM cards.

Last year, Transatel successfully launched a global mobile data service for selected car manufacturers, to enable on-board Wi-Fi and infotainment services. The data service is accessible to end users in their cars under the Ubigi® brand.

As of today  our multi-lingual team of agents in Casablanca will not only provide service to car owners in the UK, Italy, and Germany, but will extend  it to the Spanish and Portuguese markets.  Later this month Belgium, The Netherlands and France will be added, bringing the total to 8 countries!

NewCo Communications invites major recruitment agencies to Casablanca Office

In our continuous quest for great talent, we invited all major recruitment agencies in Morocco for a visit to our Casablanca offices earlier this week.

Guests were given an insiders view on what NewCo stands for, and how we are taking on our future challenges with regards to sourcing multi-lingual talent in Morocco.

After an introduction by CEO Marc Ternest, Chief Morocco Officer, Mrs. Hind Berrada focused on the potential of NewCo as being a long term partner for recruitment in Casablanca, while HR Director, Mrs. Houda Hyatt,  put emphasis on the continuous need of Dutch speakers for our ever growing client base.

The afternoon ended with a site visit, so participants could meet and greet our agents and have a first-handed experience with our state-of-the-art office building.

We were honoured to have, amongst others, a delegation of ANAPEC Casablanca and the Chambre de Commerce Belgo-Luxembourgeoise au Maroc.


NewCo Communications obtains PCI DSS Certification

NewCo Communications is extremely pleased to announce that, as of December 2018, it has obtained the PCI DSS Certification for their operations in Barcelona.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) defines measures for ensuring data protection and consistent security processes and procedures around online financial transactions.

To obtain this certification, NewCo Communications recently underwent a stringent audit by an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), to ensure that it meets industry best practices and security controls required to keep credit card data and other sensitive information safe and secure during transmission, processing and storage.

We’re excited to add the PCI DSS Certification to our operations portfolio” says NewCo’s Chief Client & Revenue Officer, Eddy Van de Poel. “Our clients can count on NewCo Communications to process and store credit card information in a secure and efficient manner, as the PCI DSS certification is the most rigorous industry-recognised payment-card security standard available globally”.

NewCo moves to state-of-art new facility in Casablanca

NewCo and the whole team in Casablanca is very pleased to be able to move to a new facility in Casablanca. We all loved our old facility, but it became much too small and was not responding to our current needs. The new facility is a brand new building (7 floors), adapted from scratch to our specific requirements: workplaces, training rooms, entertainment rooms, cafeteria, technical infrastructure, data security (PCI).
