Voor een klant in de banksector zijn we op zoek naar Nederlandstalige Customer Advisors. Je komt terecht op een project waar nauwkeurigheid een absolute must is. Op deze afdeling zal je vragen van creditcardhouders behandelen en zorgen voor de veiligheid en bescherming van klantgegevens.
Voor dit project moet je beveiligingsprocedures rond gevoelige gegevens kunnen handhaven maar wij leren je alles aan tijdens de betaalde training.
