Winner of the #NewCoSeekingName contest announced

At NewCo Communications we believe our employees know best :-).

We asked our employees to come up with a new name for their job titles. No more “agent”, no more “téléconseiller”. They decide on the new name!

So we organized a contest where all of our people, at the different offices, were asked to summit their most creative suggestions... And they did!  More than 230 (!) ideas were received during the first round of the contest, which took place from the 16th until the 3rd of December.

From all suggestions, a Top 3 was selected by a jury, and was submitted to a second voting among our employees.

And the result is.....


Morocco among the safest countries in the world

According to a recent study by SOS International, a organisation of risk experts, who has just published an interactive map, Morocco is among the safest countries in 2020 in the world.

The Kingdom of Morocco is classified on the same level as several European countries such as France, Germany and Spain. As a reminder, the ranking took into account three criteria: physical security, road safety and access to medical resources in case of problems on site. The first criterion assesses political violence, social climate and crime rate. The second is the road mortality rate per 100,000 population, while the second is related to health infrastructure, risk of infection and environmental factors.

These figures are clear example of the openness towards the international marketplace and further positions Morocco as a modern and innovative player, perfectly in line with NewCo Communication’s brand values.

NewCo Communications committed to CSR programme

On the 2nd of October 2019, NewCo Communications’ CSR team attended the EcoVadis B2B Sustainability Forum in Amsterdam.
The event focused on how to integrate sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) into business strategy and operations.

Best practices were shared during both key notes and panel talks, and followed by hands on break out sessions lead by experts in the field.

It was an excellent opportunity to gain insight in the methodology of the EcoVadis assessment and at the same time it proved to be an inspirational day on how to accelerate and optimise our own CSR-score.

If we look at it from a competitive differentiation or compliance point of view, sustainability and CSR are changing the way in which companies are set up, offer their services, and inspire their employees.“ says Jochen Dries, CSR-project lead at NewCo Communications.

NewCo Communications' 2019 Summit showed the "Future Today"

On June 13th, NewCo Communications organized its 2019 CX-Summit, “The Future Today”.

The event brought together two top speakers who shared their views on the future of the Contact Center Business and Customer Experience.

The inspiring afternoon kicked off with Anke van Oosterhout, Director Strategy & Operations @Moore Stephens Belgium, who shared her vision on the growing role of Social Media in CX and how concepts as “Social Selling” and the current “reviewing culture” is influencing the way we connect with our customers.

Rick van Esch, Chief Commercial Officer @Chatlayer put the theory into practice and gave with real-time demo’s and existing cases, a hands-on view on the powerful role Artificial Intelligence plays in the current Customer Experience funnel.

Both topics are clear examples of NewCo Communications’ vision on how the CX-future looks today.

NewCo’s CEO, Marc Ternest , was pleased to see the interest the Summit generated among the industry, and summarized by stating that “both topics gives a clear view on what NewCo Communications stands for and how we position ourselves as a platform and partner in the complex process of the Customer Experience”.

NewCo Communications opens new offices in Valencia

As a result of NewCo Communications’ continuous growth, we are delighted to announce the opening of our new offices in the beautiful city of Valencia in Spain.

The new Valencia office will work closely together with our current offices in Barcelona and Casablanca, and will steadily grow to become the third pillar in our European language delivery model.
