As part of the ATOS group, NewCo is very pleased to welcome equensWorldline as a new client. equensWorldline is the pan-European leader in payments and transactional services. Being part of the Worldline Group, they combine long-standing proven expertise in traditional mass payment systems and innovative e-commerce and mobile payment solutions. NewCo will start with the provisioning of contact center services for Cardholders, containing statements, transactions, card usage & problems and data changes.


NewCo further expands Contact Center Services for Worldline

As preferred partner for supplying contact center services for the European market, NewCo is very pleased to be able to further expand the services for Worldline. Worldline is a leading international player with regards to e-commerce payment services and POS terminal solutions. Starting from July 2016, NewCo will start with specialized back-office activities for contract and dispute management.


We welcome Worldline

After an intensive selection and auditing process, NewCo is extremely pleased to be selected by Atos/Worldline as their preferred partner for supplying contact center services for the European market. Worldline is a leading international player with regards to e-commerce payment services and POS terminal solutions. The first project that NewCo will start for Worldline consists of the technical and administrative support services for the POS terminals in Belgium.


We welcome Corona Direct

After intensive tests of our capabilities and approach, NewCo is very happy to be selected by Corona Direct for the provisioning of outbound contact center services. Corona Direct is a Belgian direct insurance company, linked to Belfius Bank and Insurances NV.


NewCo starts contact center activities in Barcelona

In order to expand and strengthen our near-and offshore footprint, we are very pleased to announce the opening of a new site in Barcelona. In Barcelona NewCo will mainly, next to Eastern European languages, serve the Dutch language.


We welcome Qarad

NewCo is very pleased to be awarded by Qarad the provisioning of contact center services with regard to Qarad’s E-Labeling service. Qarad is a leading consulting company in regulatory affairs and quality systems for IVD and Medical Devices. The services contains inbound – people requesting IFU for the in-vitro diagnostic products and medical devices – and fulfilment services.  The inbound will be handled in 8 different languages.


We welcome SCARLET

NewCo is very pleased to welcome Scarlet as a new client. As of February 2015 we will handle as well administrative as technical support request from Scarlet Customers. We will support all Scarlet’s products: internet, fixed telephony, mobile telephony and television. These “quadruple play” Customer Care Services will be offered in French and in Dutch via telephone, email, chat and letter from Monday to Saturday and from 09:00 until 21:00.


We welcome BASE

After having worked quite some time for Jim Mobile, Base Company confirmed their trust in NewCo Communications. As of October 2014 we are handling all activation calls for BASE pre-paid solution sold outside their Base-Shops. We shall handle these activation calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for French, Flemish and English speaking Customers. At the same time Base has also trusted us the care of all
activations calls of two of their MNVO Partners: Allo RTL and Contact Mobile.


Best Partnership Award

NewCo Communications wins the prestigious “Best Partnership Award” with Ortel Mobile In the Royal Caviars Edition 2014.

On May 27, 2014 the eminent Belgian Federation of Contact Centers (contactcenters.be) has awarded for the sixth time the CAVIARS. These awards are granted to companies which have distinguished themselves during the past year in the Belgian contact center sector. In this Royal Edition the jury was composed by a mixture of academics (university professors) and top company executives, what gave the signification of the 2014 award an extra dimension and value.

NewCo has won with this highly ambitioned award for their unique partnership with Ortel Mobile. Ortel Mobile is one of the largest European providers of prepaid telecommunications services. Ortel Mobile is part of the Base/KPN group. NewCo Communications is a Belgian company, founded in 2010, fully focused and specialized in multi-lingual near-and offshore contact center BPO solutions.

Remarkable detail of the submitted case-study is that Ortel’s integral (multi-lingual) customer care takes place in an offshore environment. NewCo serves Ortel Mobile from their site in Casablanca, Morocco.
