On June 13th, NewCo Communications organized its 2019 CX-Summit, “The Future Today”.
The event brought together two top speakers who shared their views on the future of the Contact Center Business and Customer Experience.
The inspiring afternoon kicked off with Anke van Oosterhout, Director Strategy & Operations @Moore Stephens Belgium, who shared her vision on the growing role of Social Media in CX and how concepts as “Social Selling” and the current “reviewing culture” is influencing the way we connect with our customers.
Rick van Esch, Chief Commercial Officer @Chatlayer put the theory into practice and gave with real-time demo’s and existing cases, a hands-on view on the powerful role Artificial Intelligence plays in the current Customer Experience funnel.
Both topics are clear examples of NewCo Communications’ vision on how the CX-future looks today.
NewCo’s CEO, Marc Ternest , was pleased to see the interest the Summit generated among the industry, and summarized by stating that “both topics gives a clear view on what NewCo Communications stands for and how we position ourselves as a platform and partner in the complex process of the Customer Experience”.
