This truly exceptional achievement has been the result of an intense journey and thanks to the hard work and dedication of the teams involved.
ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for information security management systems (ISMS) and therefore the most important data security certification globally.
This certification fits within NewCo’s strategy of creating the best in-class operational environment for its clients.
Successfully obtaining the ISO 27001-certification is yet another milestone in our quest for excellence and sits right at the top of an already remarkable period when it comes to certification. 2021 ended with the award of a Silver EcoVadis Medal. EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. We were awarded the medal for our CSR programme, not only focusing on ethical business conduct and our environmental footprint, but most importantly rewarding our efforts when it comes to the well-being of our people.
This strong focus on our people, has been clearly reflected in our latest Employee Satisfaction Survey where we took the eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) even a step forward. Growing from 40 in 2019, to an exceptional 59 in 2021. eNPS scores above 30 are considered as excellent!
On top, we added the renewal of our PCI/DSS certification to the list, which makes us very, very proud at NewCo.
