From the 20th until the 22nd of March 2018 NewCo organised its first Annual Strategy Days at beautiful Gran Conil Hotel&Spa in Conil de la Frontera in the South of Spain.
The programme started off with a key note speech by Jeff De Graef, digital CX evangelist from Dimension Data, leading experts in Customer Experience benchmarking, who elaborated on the digital transformation in the contact centre business and digital trends that will impact workspaces for tomorrow.
The session was followed by NewCo’s C.E.O, Marc Ternest, who deep dived into the company’s vision of the future and shared NewCo’s 2018 strategy with the attendees.
During the second day of the event, the main focus went to first Client Advisory Board Meeting. We gave our clients and invited leaders in the customer experience industry, the chance to share their point of view and collect their highly valued feedback during an open discussion that led to new ideas and insights that will be implemented in the near future.
As NewCo’s equestrian jumping team was taking part in the International Sunshine Tour, held at the adjacent Montenmedio Golf&Country Club, our guests were invited to visit the stables and see the horses in action and enjoy an introduction to the game of golf.
C.E.O. Marc Ternest pointed out that “we are really delighted that our clients took the time to join us and we had the chance to have their first handed feedback during the Client Advisory Board. It will help NewCo to create stronger synergies, and solutions based on real needs.”
The next Strategy Days will be held in Q1 2019.
